Return Policy

All merchandise MUST be in the original manufacturer's package, be new in a sellable condition without blemish, dirt, torn, or opened packages, etc.

All returned Merchandise MUST be presented with a copy of the original purchase invoice.

All refunds will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for your original order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in case of returns due to our error.

Regular Stock Product Returns
Regular stock products can be returned within 90 days of purchase. There is no restocking charge when returning regularly stocked merchandise.

Special Order Product Returns
Special order products can only be returned to the store of origin within 90 days of purchase. Special order products will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Individual Special Ordered items under $35 are non-returnable as per our suppliers return policy.

Non-returnable Products
Electrical parts and electrical tools are returnable only if they have not been installed, not been used and if they are in new original saleable condition and packaging is unopened. Oils, paints, chemicals will not be accepted for return. Clearance items and/or items that are labelled non-returnable cannot be returned. You will be notified this at the time of sale.
